Das Immobilienunternehmen alpha Gruppe hat auf dem Gelände einen großen Gebäudekomplex gebaut. Darin fanden die Zweigstelle des Deutschen Museums, Läden, Gastronomiebetriebe und ein Hotel ihren Platz.</p>
<p>Mitten durch den Komplex führt eine ­Fußgängerzone und verbindet den Hauptmarkt mit dem Trödelmarkt. Diese wurde auf der Tiefgarage des Projektes realisiert. ­Großflächige Sitzstufen am Ufer der Pegnitz laden zum ­Verweilen ein und ermöglichen ein Freizeiterlebnis der besonderen Art.</p>
